Jakob Mäder is a Stuttgart-based DJ, producer, and live performer with a versatile sound that spans ambient, disco, house, acid, and techno influences. As part of Midnight Service, he organizes events featuring artists like Johannes Albert, Panthera Krause or Philipp Schultheis. His productions range from deep house to experimental breakbeat, reflecting his eclectic DJ style. In 2021, he launched his own label, Constant Change, further capturing his artistic vision. His original tracks and remixes have been released on renowned labels such as Global Underground, Bedrock Records, Frank Music or Mélopée Records. Whether producing his own tracks or curating vibrant events, he remains a driving force in the scene, bringing fresh energy and innovation to every project he undertakes.

Quatorze recordings is back with a stellar delicious compilation entitled "Mango Smoothy".

The perfect tracks for an endless summer breeze, salty textures, shiny & well tanned, hitting that sweet spot between uplifting, dreamy & euphoric grooves.

Title track "Mango smoothy" delivers a long consistent almost non evolving intro, until the surprise of funky melodic riffs & pads swell into Trumpets & Saxophones expressing an endless dance in pure simplicity & precise musicianship.

"Surf your eyes" eludes to dreamy pads & a Bass-line tied to those morning after-hours, when dancers are purely relying on the groove's persistence into the sunrise, in order to soak the sun & go directly surfing.

"Red Flip" The switch to wake up into full euphoria, but with a nostalgic romantic melancholy, driving lucid textures & a stunning melodic journey from the beginning to the end while emphasising the signature Low frequencies to uplift the dance.

"Back to it" The deepest track in the Ep, pure ear candy for deep house lovers, & a full satiating meal for the lovers of Sam's signature sound.

"Trip to Zanzibar" Closing B side, calmly wrapping up the album, through jazzy minimalistic pads, & the state of art simplicity of percussive elements.
