90 Miles From Vegas consists of Jeremy Bilyeu (Guitar, Vocals) and Mitchell Czechowicz (Drums).
We are heavily influenced by such bands as "Nirvana" and the "Pixies". We have our own distinct sound though. We can sound very aggressive and loud, or we can have very soft melodies with an acoustic guitar or flanger over the electric. 
Our range can be anything from heavily distorted punk with screaming vocals to an acoustic set of Irish folk songs.
This band started 7 years ago and has evolved rapidly since then. We take a relatively simplistic approach to our music. We don't try too hard to sound like everyone else, but we also take the time to make sure our music is good. We sometimes use the "quiet, loud, quiet" technique, but usually just belt through with pure distortion and passion or keep it a simple quiet song. We try to write music where there's something for everyone.
