Kenny Blacksmith’s “Church” -  the B1 gem from the third and final vinyl in M.A.D Records’ 5 Years anniversary trilogy - feels like both a spiritual offering and a dancefloor confession. It’s a track that perfectly embodies the ethos of the label’s milestone celebration: forward-thinking, groove-led, and deeply rooted in the joy of movement.

Built around a foundation of floating pads and a warm, deep synth line, “Church” radiates that classic Deep House sentiment - emotional yet understated, meditative yet driving. The bassline crackles with a textured crunch, propelling the rhythm forward while giving the track its irresistible body. Then, like a subtle revelation, the organ chords enter - not in grand sermon fashion, but as an atmospheric nod to the divine.
