To most people, Life is viewed as a search to be placed 'on a pedestal.' Some of us were taught that we must go forth into the world and find one's own definition. Some of us were taught that being the best at whatever inspires, makes ourselves great. To achieve greatness, it is said that one must define the greatness he/she strives to achieve, be determined, take intellectual approaches on mastering the task, and most important, be patient.

Perceptions like these miss the key objective, that we are already our-selves! We define Greatness, which has been housed in us all from birth! Those who are legendary or have been crowned Great, usually perceive and understand that from their wisdom, talents, and faith, they receive the ‘titled’ award. True, those aspects do make up the awarded ‘success’, but it is through the Greatness in us that transforms and cultivates whatever tasks that cross our paths in life. Those who possess and acknowledge this universal understanding, radiate success, and beyond thus creating Life Memories, Life Lessons, the History of Life, and in some instances Life itself!

With this understanding, there is no 'sky to hold our limitations' on Imaginative inspirations and ideas. Why not shoot for the Stars!? One's Possibility of Creation, creates possibilities within its-self, linking a forever ongoing chain of actions connecting 360 degrees. So there is no rush in achieving all that one can, building a repatwa (repetoire) of knowledge and accomplishments, which holds no true value in the BIG Picture of things. Instead, one should intellectually slow down his/her grasp on the realm of reality, and unlock their true potential.

Team Retarded pushes the envelope on achieving Greatness, by growing Greater and Wiser daily. Once one understands where he/she is positioned and what path they must take (eventually Leading), channeling that energy into different talents creates a more awarding outcome. Team Retarded is a team of representatives displaying that pioneering spirit of leaders in today's public media. Our intentions are to educate and self empower others, on unlocking their greatness. We intend on Retarding everyone's understanding on life, with the power of Greatness!
