The guest mix in the second hour is by 909 Riot who's from Leeds in the UK where he is an integral part of the underground techno scene. 909 RIOT has a passion for hard techno, which he discovered on the noughties underground techno scene in Leeds, where he lives. He is committed to supporting underground techno in his hometown and beyond. 

Following a 10 plus year hiatus from making music he returns with an obsessive focus to dig deeper than most for those special tracks audiences won’t hear elsewhere. He brings a heavy, unique sound by seamlessly blending layers to create a hard edged, energetic and infectious mix. 

With releases on Tecno Oscuro, remixes and more in the pipeline look out for future releases from 909 RIOT that embody his principles behind the decks. He has a regular show on Fnoob Techno and has been lucky enough to be invited to play parties in Aberdeen, Swansea, Blackpool and for TRIBE here in Leeds. 

This set for LMN sees him delivering a hardgroove adventure that’s sure to put a smile on your face.

This month I bring you a rocket of a guest set from Decibel Place! With impeccable taste, rock solid skills behind the decks and infectious energy he's one to watch for sure! 

Decibel Place is a 21-year-old DJ based in Liverpool, known for his driving take on hardgroove techno. His sound channels the raw, percussive spirit of the early 2000s, taking cues from legends like Eric Sneo and Chris Chambers, while also drawing inspiration from the intensity of modern artists such as CULT and Levzon. Blending classic grooves with a contemporary edge, his sets are built to energise today’s dance floors. With a sharp sonic identity and an expanding catalogue, Decibel Place is hoping to shape the next wave of hardgroove.
