This tune is a foray into electronic immersive pop and draws a thread into the sounds of trip-hop and Jungle movement of the 90’s.
 
“True, human love is a display of contrary rhythms and honest language – we struggle sometimes to control narratives that are often never spoken. I tried to write this song as a story where I’m a kind of translator relaying it from a distance. You could listen, but you could never write it down.”

This track is a nod to 90’s UK rave culture and the pioneers who took the underground sound to worldwide recognition. A testament to the universality of music.

Brussels-based producer/composer ❥ 90 Hertz Wide Cut ❥ is breaking new ground in Electronic music. 

Inspired by UK sampling legends (Massive Attack, Burial), 90’s underground, jungle cassette tapes, acid trip-hop, skateboarding and halcyon daze behind a ‘95 computer. 
 
There were no professional plugins – production secrets were learned from hardcover manuals and shared behind closed doors. Authenticity and perseverance serve as the integral foundation to share a story that is truly unique. Sound is subjectivity, no feeling is truly ever obvious. Music is everything.
