Sometimes happen that emotions drive us in places where only immagination is the real protagonist, with feelings that moves you no matter how relaxing or anxious they may be.

This happened when we were asked to compose an original soundtrack for a video pretty unique in its genre, with a stunning, photo-realistic computer graphic and capable to inject you harmony and sadness at the same time.
With that video, partially in slow motion and partially focused on the action, the client asked for us for a classical and vocal composition inspired by the musical current of the 50s and 60s.
We had the opportunity to collaborate with a talented singer who sang our own lyrics, and with our reliable musicians to record a real small string ensemble, embellished by a woodwinds quartet.

Making a song like this wasn’t at all an easy task, but the emotions that arose from the movie helped us composing it with a constant inspiration.

Lone Wolf is a video game based on the game book series written by Joe Dever in the amazing 80's.

Composing for this project was a privilege not only for what Joe Dever represents for the past generation, but also for the quality of the video game.

While you're playing the atmosphere that surrounds you is so complex and full of different moods that it was necessary to create several tracks ad hoc to be sure to give the player the right emotions through the whole game.

Forge Reply had the opportunity to record real instruments and to collaborate with a singer, in fact in the Main Theme there's a female voice through all the lead, and the connection between the voice and the instruments gives the right portrait of the character and the environment he moves in.

The team used both real and virtual instruments, as together they join in a unique sound that helps the OST purpose of epicness.
