Next up in RUTA’s free download series is a heavyweight contribution from Detroit’s Young Muscle (@young_muscle), a producer and DJ whose name should already ring out across the breaks and bass scenes in the U.S., the U.K., and beyond. Affiliated with labels like Scuffed, Juke Bounce Werk, and N-Face, he’s carved out a sound that thrives on percussive precision and low-end pressure. His latest track, “Terror,” channels that tension into something taut and visceral. A growling bassline snakes through razor-sharp breakbeat programming, each hit landing with pure dancefloor intent.
