witchcraft shawty (instrumental)

The Smiths' early demo of Rubber Ring was recorded at Drone Studios in Manchester. My guess is that this was recorded in either 1982 or early 1983. I really love this version; the room feels very small. Also, to the best of my knowledge, this was Mike Joyce's "audition" for The Smiths. He stated in "The Smiths - Inside The Smiths" that he was off acid/LCD and saw a rocket going under his legs.
