I am re-studying composition. I love the sound created with the latest music equipment from the 1980s.
I used the Minimoog and a vocorder.
I like Ryuichi Sakamoto’s album Futurista(Miraiha Yarō 未来派野郎), and I added computer voices, but it didn’t come together well, so this is just a demo.Vocal is AI.

NEU FRONTIER

I like Black music created with digital synthesizers from the late 1980s.
I got a ROLAND JD800 synthesizer and played piano sounds on it.
The synth bass was difficult for me.
I really love Jam & Lewis, and I composed music in my own interpretation of their style.
I’m not very familiar with DTM or mixing, but I believe the sound turned out close to that era.
I’m a bit shy to admit it, but I feel I’ve made my best and most satisfying song yet.
The singing voice is generated by AI.

その音を聞きながら、ふと「1980年代って、こんなにキラキラしていたのかしら」って思ったの。
そこからジャネット・ジャクソンとか、Tender Loveとか、いろんな曲を知るようになったんだ。それで、この音は、ローランドだって教えてもらって、キラキラにしたのです。Jam and lewis系サウンドはキーボード弾きには、bbbbフラット系でFmやBbで弾きやすいのね。もしも、私が死んじゃったときに、この曲と、あとdo you love me って曲残してもらいたいわぁ

もともとは男性ボーカルで夜中にレコーディングした曲なんだけど、
AIに女の子の声で歌わせてみたら、血管切れそうなくらい熱くて（笑）めっちゃお気に入り♡
でもコンペには全然通らなくて、何回も落ちちゃって…。
「もう二度とポップスなんて作らない！」って本気で思った夜でした😂



DEMO-POPS NON-TITLE with Guide Vocal

This is a song that never made it through any competitions…
It’s from my “I’ll never write pop music again!” series, part two (lol).

Originally, it was a J-POP style R&B track like the ones I used to listen to as a kid, and it was written in Japanese.
But once I put in an AI vocal, it somehow turned into English.
So now, I honestly hate writing songs in Japanese.

Even if someone said, “I’ll pay you, just write it,” I wouldn’t do it.
And to be honest, I couldn’t care less about the hit charts.

공모전에 내도 전혀 통과하지 못한 곡이에요…
“다시는 팝송 따위 안 쓸 거야!” 시리즈 제2탄 (ㅋㅋ).

원래는 어릴 적에 들었던 J-POP풍 R&B였고, 일본어로 만든 곡이었어요.
그런데 AI 보컬을 넣었더니 이상하게 영어로 바뀌어 버렸죠.
그래서 이제는 일본어로 곡 쓰는 게 정말 싫어요.

설령 누가 “돈 줄 테니까 써 달라”라고 해도 안 쓸 거예요.
솔직히 히트 차트 같은 것도 전혀 관심 없고요.

子供の頃に聞いていたJ-POPなR&B風で、もともとは日本語の曲だったんだけど、AIボーカルを入れたら、英語になっちゃった。
そんなわけで、日本語の曲はもう嫌い。
たとえ「お金払うから書いて」って言われても書かないよ。
ヒットチャートとかも正直どうでもいいし。

DEMO-POPS How Much Do You Regret with Guide Vocal

At first, I asked a very talented Japanese singer to record the guide vocals. But this song wasn’t accepted by the music publisher, and at that time I decided to give up on music altogether. Before I started doing music, I thought I should go to university and think about my future career.

Still, I’ve always felt that if someone would sing it someday, I would be truly happy. The current vocals are done by AI. Honestly, I prefer my original arrangement, but AI was changed without my permission.

AIさん仮歌です。歌ってくれた方のパワフルな感じを再現してくれたけれども、間違った日本語リズムですねー。私は、ピアノのメロディで淡々としちゃうのですけど、歌を入れるとソウルフルにしてくれてうれしい。

DAY AND NIGHT

This is a practice song from when I first started composing and arranging.
I studied old synthesizers like the DX7, snare drums, and synth pads.
Sometimes I wish I had been born in the era of Bananarama.

作曲と編曲を始めた頃に作った練習曲なんだ。
DX7とか古いシンセやスネアドラム、シンセのパッドをいろいろ研究してたの。
ほんとはバナナラマの時代に生まれたかったな〜って思うくらい、その頃の音が好き。

アレンジはね、シンセベースを太めの音にして、さらにSLAPを2つ重ねて厚みを出したよ。
Michael Fortunatiの「Give Me Up!」を何度も聴き込んで、研究しまくったんだ。

작곡과 편곡을 처음 시작했을 때의 연습곡이에요.
DX7 같은 오래된 신시사이저와 스네어 드럼, 신스 패드 등을 연구했어요.
가끔은 바나나라마 시대에 태어났더라면 좋았을 텐데 싶어요.

My hobby is searching for old secondhand synthesizers.
I’ve been saving money to collect vintage synthesizers such as the Prophet-5 and the LinnDrum. Just listening to them excites me. I admire the 1980s and feel it was such a wonderful era.

福祉のお仕事をしている普通のOLなんですけど、趣味でDTMとかミキシング、作曲や編曲を勉強している音楽初心者です🎶
最近は中古の古いシンセやキーボードを探すのにハマっていて、見つけるたびにワクワクしてます(´｡✪ω✪｡`)✨

シティポップや、MADONNAとかPRINCEみたいな洋楽シンセの効いた曲、あとブラコンも大好きで、昔の名曲を掘るのが楽しみなんです。
ただ…ケーブル繋ぐのはちょっと苦手でいつも苦戦してます😂
それなのに、アナログシンセや古いリズムマシンがすきです。

いまはAIで仮歌を入れているんですけど、実際に歌ってくださる方を募集しています！💖
