Exactly 25 years ago I was given the opportunity to open the One event in Los Angeles, which took place at the National Orange Show.  I put together a new funky-tech house mix to celebrate the experience.  I remember that huge hanger area could easily hold two football fields, which at the time was one of the largest sound systems I had ever seen assembled, provided by The Shredder who was a legend in the LA concert sound community.  There were 5 stacks of cabinets each about 20 feet high, one stack in each corner with a large full circular array 30 feet in diameter in the center of the hanger, with many Intellabeams and laser arrays anchored in the upper scaffolding.  That heart attack sound system shook the entire hanger space to the core, and as a DJ it felt like you were riding a sonic monster.  I hope you enjoy this 25th anniversary funky-tech house DJ set!
