9inety1 are a Hip Hop Duo, Los and Fressh, coming out of the San Fernando Valley, 15 miles northwest of Los Angeles, CA. Los and Fressh are high school friends who were neighbors in the city of Sylmar where they found the love of Hip Hop Music and began to chase the dream together. Both are in their early 20's and are mixed with Black and Hispanic decent. They want to be considered as one of the best duos to ever be made in Hip Hop such as Outkast. Their influences come from the likes of Drake, Lil Wayne, Cassidy, Fabolous, A Tribe Called Quest, Tupac, Notorious B.I.G.,NAS, ASAP Rocky and many many more. They started in 2009 rapping in cars then slowly graduated to recording using Pro Tools in 2011. Now in 2012, they began to do shows in venues such as; The Coda Lounge in Sherman Oaks, CA, The Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, CA, at The Basement 818 in Sherman Oaks, CA, the Key Club in Hollywood, CA, the CAP in Sherman Oaks, Club Goddess in Sherman Oaks, and Smooth Sound Multimedia in Van Nuys. In their young and excelling career they have released two mixtapes; Just Getting Started Mixtape and the new and recent ChillShit Mixtape which came out in July 2012. 9inety1 are two young men who want to influence theirs, older, and younger generations with good music to live by.
