She wanted to show she has a tough side, a back bone and refuses to be stepped on and hopes it empowers others as this song so strongly resonates with her. Relationships and industries can be cut throat but Rachel chooses to bite back.

Let’s get this year started with a bang! Dr. Dubstep is a combination of catchy melodies, energetic drops and beefy growl basses. Dr. Dubstep is also one of my longest songs.

Last time I made a song over 4 minutes was in 2016, which was God Mode. My longest song (All-Stars) was made in early 2015.

Anyway, I started working on this track a couple of months ago. I haven’t made that many dubstep songs lately so I decided that it’s time to get out some dubstep music once again. I also wanted to give it an epic name!

I think that Dr. Dubstep actually features one of the heaviest drops I’ve made. The chords along with the growl bass supports each other nicely, making the drop powerful. I also wanted to add some diversity to the drops.
