After 10 years on a treadmill, unable to make music, I wrote and recorded the anxiety rap album Self Less 2021-2023. Imagine a dark night of the soul, after the autopilot, workaholic hustle of your younger days. Imagine living by other people's values instead of defining your own. When you take work away from the workaholic, there’s not enough yoga in the world to fill the void.

Self Less

This album is written from a liminal place—a place where I was in between jobs, in between loves, in between lives. This is an album about starting over. About  Alice being all the way down the rabbit hole, finding herself in a new life, finding herself. No one is just one thing, and this album revisits the themes from my previous album, but with a new perspective: what if I get to get off the rollercoaster?
