It's the little things in life that make moments special. A perfectly steamed latte, the incense that sets the energy right in your space, or some hot steel-cut oats and maple syrup in the morning. That was the vibe that was in mind while reworking this amazing record by Jake Bugg; creating that feeling to entice the listener to have a "drive slow" moment, and enjoy the simple things in your life that you enjoy everyday. 
For #WhenTheyHearUs, the collaborative efforts between myself and Luis Valdizon whentheyfindus.com), we decided to launch with the Simple Pleasures remix. On the Shangri La LP, Simple Pleasures was a favourite of myself and Luis, and after slowing down the song a few special moments stood out, we got the vibe on how we wanted to proceed forward and this was the result.
