Our bye-bye series was started at the end of 2020 because we were boiling with this rage and desire to dance, to let go, to get out of this mind-bending and delirious reality we all found ourselves trapped in. Locked in our apartments, we were all going mad, burning with doubt, fear, and uncertainty. 

The first compilation was our love letter to the dance floors we missed and a promise to come back soon. Two years later, as we kiss goodbye to 2022, we blow our kisses to a year that has had its own share of darkness. But within which we found hope. We leave a year where the global stage seems more unstable and the future more uncertain than ever. But it is a year where we found our friends again, met our loved ones again, and found a new breath of life. 

This compilation is our celebration of this newfound hope. One filled with energy, boasting smiles, and love. We welcome 11 new members to the BinarySound family with a heavily packed album, full of surprises. We’re calling out to all the dancers with that burning fire, we hope you’ll find just the energy you need.

Co-founder of BinarySound and Antam Records, Antoine Sy has been making huge leaps in the progression of the French scene. Having been on our radar for some time we are thrilled to finally present his mix for our InSession series. Throughout the hour-long run time Antoine draws on his French house roots and packages this neatly alongside his own electro moods and disco flecked elements. The result is a funk filled journey through the sounds that ignite the dancefloor when Antoine is at the controls. One for the sunkissed sessions that this talented selector is often charged with blowing up.

Estimulo is a familiar face in the German capital. Following in the steps of his peers, he made the move and has found his sound in the Boomcity. Here, he has amassed an impressive house collection ranging across a fan of styles, encompassing every variation in the House.

We met Estimulo through his notorious Estimulo Show and impressed by his music and work, we invited him to join our podcast series with a special treat. Listening to his music and talking with him, we realized there was an opportunity to build something unique that stood apart from our usual releases. We asked Estimulo if he would craft a hybrid set bringing together a ragga dub, reggae sound, crossed with his house vibes and the finality blew us away!
