1. Put aside your current concerns, worries and troubles. 
2. FREE yourself from attending to distractions that come from your environment or your mind 
    For Example: a phone ringing .. a car passing .. a door banging .. or people talking .. 
    OR thoughts of what you "should be doing" .. intrusions from past memories 
    .. or your daily worries/concerns.
3. Gently REMIND yourself that this is "Your Time" to Relax and Release 
    .. to Recharge and Renew.
4. ALLOW yourself to take "whatever time you need" NOW to relax .. 
    and then come back again LATER to continue your healing. 
5. Simply FOLLOW the "calming instructions" of your guide .. without "trying" 
6. On your journey into peaceful relaxation, LET GO and feel the EASE and COMFORT.
