Just finished mixing and mastering my full length album "Nightwave". Did a remix of my fav. track by OSHUN to tide you over! Didn't do too much, just sprinkled a little DASHR up in there :) Made it a little more trippy and dancey. Hope you like!!

The album is coming very soon, and features my vocals on every track. It is a 9-track journey through a psychedelic urban environment, outlining the duality of being both driven by ego and spirit. It's a bass driven conscious record. I am so excited. The first single off the album will drop in April so keep your eyes peeled!

A story of conscious awakening, scratched on parchment and set to ride the ocean storm.
The song touches on the endless nature of things, and revolving cycles of shared and passed down wisdom from culture to culture.
"Washed upon the shore to watch the aging of millenniums, all may burn to ash in spite of raging young millennial"
Alludes to the changing of times and seemingly dark future that lies ahead of many young dreamers.

This track was a journey to say the least. It all started with the main synth line from the Prophet, without drums. It was played in its entirety all the way through as a stream of consciousness. 
The drums came together after that, and I sat on the track for a week or so without any samples or vocals over it. I could not for my life of me stop hearing Kevin Parker's voice soaring over the synth line.
Flash forward a few more days and my buddy Max Watson is in the studio tracking some Latin flavored guitar for a track I am working on. At the end of the night around 2am we decided to take a stab at a solo for this track. We couldn't even tell if it sounded good or not because we were so fatigued from recording. Needless to say I am happy we tracked it out as it is absolutely groovy! :) ENJOY !!
