the first IC track i made in like, six or seven years. kind of a mess, something like an unvarnished NEW MILLENIUM CONCEPTS b-side, but after making it and a little bit more fiddling the IC groove came back like it never left and a few weeks later, SOUND CANVAS was finished. i loved SC the moment i wrapped it but six months later after the buzz has worn off i can still easily say it's one of my favorite IC albums, like top 3 or something.

this track eventually evolved into "MODULE" (memories of disk = m.o.d. = module) with another element appearing in "STRUCTURE"
