Originally a jam that we started in 2017 and we danced around trying to make it work. Ultra focus led to marination and the song rested in a hard drive and we both believed that it wouldn’t ever be finished and maybe we would grab parts of it to use in new songs. FWLR visited Toronto for a live show and slipped this unused jam into the mix. JELO immediately sprung into action and insisted that the project be reopened and reworked to 2022. A choice was made to use the vocal from ‘Hey Boy Hey Girl’ and it did better than fit, it became one. It’s a bit of a bootleg, a bit of an update and a bit of an original. Darkness is a trap/drumstep hybrid that goes really effin' hard. It actually started out as a joke song I was making when my girlfriend and her friend Laura were in my studio. We were playing around with Laura's voice but as I built the song up I realized that the track was going in a totally different direction from the original funny vibes (sorry Laura... I'll use those samples some day!). When I saw the video of Benedict Cumberbatch filming the dragon sequence from The Hobbit and he said "a darkness is coming" I just HAD to sample it. Then things got really out of hand and a couple days later I had the 100+ tracks of sound design insanity that it is now. Enjoy.

Greasy is possibly the most vulgar, offensive, and badass track I've produced. Whenever Randy (STOGY 1 of The Cauldron Project) and I get together we laugh ourselves half to death and the day we wrote Greasy was no exception. The song came together super fast and shows off Randy's impressively unique vocal style. I've always loved chiptunes. I can remember plugging headphones into my first generation Gameboy as a kid and being blown away by the pseudo-stereo and mostly square wave sound. In fact one of my high school metal bands had a song loosely based off a track from Super Mario Land for the Gameboy. I still run my NES and SNES in the studio when I want to take a break and music from games like F-Zero inspire me to this day. Whenever I hear a lofi lead or 8-bit sound it takes me back to my childhood.

Who's Dis is one of MANY chiptune inspired tracks I have created. I decided to put the finished stamp on this one and get it out there so all my fellow nerds could nerd out together while still feeling somewhat cool. And ya I know that my MS Paint Skills are impressive ;)

About a year ago I started writing a really melodic track.
