Madorasindahouse’s yearly compilation has become somewhat of a staple of trends for the year to come. Including newcomers and old friends, MIDH Selects provides a handful of selections ranging from afro, afro tech, soulful, or deep and organic house music of the highest quality. 

This year, for the 4th installment, we have compiled 14 tracks from producers from all around the world.

The French-Caribbean pop band La Compagnie Créole’s music has been making people dance since the 70’s; and their timeless 1987 hit ‘A.I.E’ still sits among MoBlack Records’ all-time favorites. Driving our time travel to 80’s French West Indies and paying proper homage to the buoyant classic are HaZa and MoBlack himself. First up, DJ/producer HaZa injects his penchant for deep, melodic voyages into his reinterpretation of ‘A.I.E’. Infusing dynamic symphonies into the original’s seductive Caribbean rhythms, HaZa’s remix is a glorious harmony of lush organic sounds and uplifting electronic nuances. Ocyvine is the second mix of my sequence "Impetus*" made with very recent tunes that just came out in the last days and months. 

This is a Deep Melodic Techno mixtape, more catchy & dancing. It's an up and down beat vibe with darkness & happiness, that take you through a typical kind of set that I play live.

Recorded live with an APC 40 & a step sequencer on ableton.

*Impetus derives from the word hormone, and means impelling movement because the greek gods used to believe that hormones were messages from the gods to humans. Each Mixtape represent a different mood characterized by an Hormone imaged by my brother.

Sacha Bodoukian aka HaZa is a multi-instrumentalist producer and DJ of deep melodic sounds. His discovery of the underground electronic music started when he was living in London and it was love at first sight. He sees his sets as a progressive journey where you lose yourself in the moment. Influenced by harmonious sounds and African rhythms, he has started to compose his own tracks. The journey has just started, a lot is yet to come.

It had been a while since I didn't posted a mixtape so I decided to record my warmup set last week-end in London. I was visiting some good friends and we went to see Laurent Garnier at Oval Space. HaZa - Reflection [Live Set]

These are the first ~2 hours of my set in the South of France at Le Cannet 2 days ago. We did one of my best friend's birthday and I was planned to play there for as long as we could, which ended up in a 12hours marathon set surrounded by my favorite people.
The setup was incredible, the stunning view during a beautiful sunset (cover)and to be able to play all night outside with this amazing weather made it a very special moment. 
I had a lot of fun doing it, starting with some chill deep house as you can hear in the mixtape. Hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Caracole was an unexpected breath of freedom and happiness throughout the all week-end, it was out of this world 🤩I have been invited to play from 5am to 7am on Sunday morning with the sun rising on the main stage 🌄
I started pretty intense right away and went more chill towards the end as the sun was rising and spreading into the woods.
