This time Nate teams up with Los Angeles based group The Globtraddas that is best known for their hip hop classic "Love".  Together these three emcees let cats know that "Time Will Tell if you holding your own..."

Rock On” is an underground hip hop party rocker record that features the LA underground queen Medusa from Feline Science and the internationally known Raashan Ahmad from the Mission crew. The track is produced by the talented Jon B for Vibezelect Productions. The vibe for this record was to bring back the classic underground hip hop sound of the golden era. To make it official we threw in a classic vocal sample for the legend NAS off of his classic release #Illmatic. Everyone on this record grew up  loving 90’s/early 2000's hip hop so we went in on that vibe.

Hailing form Altadena CA, Nate Shines has spent the last few years cooking up some hip hop records that pay homage to the golden era of hip hop. Nate's favorite rappers were Q-Tip and Guru and you can hear their influence on his vibe and lyricism. With a handful of records ready for release Nate has plans to drop singles every couple weeks until the end of the year.

As a song writer and producer Nate has been playing a backseat role for years and has just now begun releases songs from his catalogue. Nate has credits on classic albums like Jon B’s “Cool Relax” (featuring 2Pac and Babyface), and The Kajmere Sound Vol 1 (featuring Chokalote, DJ Tonk, and The Rebirth).  He has worked on music with the likes of Ali Shaheed Muhammad from Tribe Called Quest, Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas, Medusa, and others.
