Summer Showers has carefully crafted melodies that arrive suddenly, last for short intense bursts and disappear as quickly as they began following the natural pattern of the summer rains.

The sharp, harsher sections hint towards the textures and unpredictability of a storm, then disappear into more relaxed grooves.


Melody and structure are explored in this piece, with specific care given to each element.
