@Nikol-Velkoohradska-752667135 aka Mantis, is co-founder of BASSídka crew in Prague, Czech Republic. She has been listening to Drum & Bass for over 10 years. With Neurofunk being her favorite subgenre to begin with, Mantis fell in love with the darker and more technical subgenre of Drum & Bass, after spending a year in Manchester in 2019. Finally, one and a half years ago, she started DJing herself. 

Her ongoing passion for deep and techy beats can be heard throughout her mixes - always being highlighted by some catchy vocals and rolling grooves! Taking her playtime into consideration when planning a set, the styles Mantis plays often develop from deep and liquid to dark and heavy beats, almost crossing the border from Techstep to Neurofunk.

For her first international booking out of the Czech Republic, you can bet, Nikol is just as excited as we are, to have her opening the night with a 60-min set at the legendary KitKatClub on Feb 29!
