Living Color really embodies our deep love for Disco and Soul music.  The inspiration was to really pull feelings and instruments from our favorite era of Disco ('79-80) but for the production and arrangement to feel current and new, yet timeless at the same time. We wanted to make something that doesn't sound like a trend or something that might be expected of us - but more a culmination of who we really are as artists and what has inspired us the most. Father Dude is an amazing vocalist, and we love how the song ended up with a feel good vibe that just flows.

Our live version of the Wolf shows how our recordings evolve into something entirely different for the live experience.  We want to maintain that mean, driving, energy that moves the dance floor while also preserving the melodies and vocals heard on the original recordings. 

Most of the songs off "Tomorrow Today pt.1" were not built for the club environment so we had to remix and rework them to give them power that the dance floor commands.

We've been following both @LouisTheChild and @elohimelohim for a while now so when their collab dropped, especially with that rock vibe bassline, we knew we had to put our own spin on it. Out now on Ultra Records!

Louis The Child - Love Is Alive (feat. Elohim) (Savoy Remix)

This is our first ever cover song. We know that Led Zeppelin is considered by many to be "untouchable" and that even attempting something like this could be offensive, wrong, whatever. But fuck it. Music is supposed to be fun, and making this was one of the most fun productions we've done. No Quarter is our favorite Zep tune, and that's probably because its one of the only songs in which they use a synth and some keyboards. Its a dark, intense, classic song with a crazy storyline and meaning. Apparently when it was first released it got terrible reviews from Rolling Stone and the other folks in the industry that "know what they're talking about," and maybe that's why we love it so much. Take a listen, let us know what you think, maybe you find it interesting, maybe you think we've butchered a classic... either way, we loved making it.

We've been growing tired of the kind of stagnant arrangement in lots of songs coming out in electronic music lately. So many songs are so predictable... and we never liked predictability - especially in art and music. This is one of our longest songs we've ever put out, and we considered making it two separate pieces, but we ended up loving the flow from section to section and the journey that it took us on. This isn't necessarily a banger or anything like that - just the vibe we were in at the time which was a deep, soulful exploration of lots of our influences all converged as one into something new.
