For many years I have been dreaming of combining electronics with organic instruments. The result of that attempt is finished and is called "Moonlight Project Vol.1", my first album as an artist, in which I had the luxury of returning to guitar, bass, piano and voice, and at the same time adding talented friends on the sax, the violin, Andean instruments, and much more. It will be released by my own label "Moonlight". But you'll get first here on my Bandcamp..

Dear friends, here is a very special set. A few months ago I had the privilege of being invited to the beautiful city of Florence (Italy) to play music on the anniversary of Flora Y Nico, a couple whom I love very much, in a dream location. Some eighty guests from around the world attended to celebrate this love. It was an unforgettable day. I was ask to play two different sets, at night and at sunset. At night I did a 4-hour dj set, in the style of what I usually play in a club every Saturday night. But the set of the afternoon ceremony was very special, seeking to generate the most relaxed, transcendent and romantic climate possible. I used many of my songs that I haven't played in a long time, and many other very quiet tracks that I rarely get the chance to play live. Here I leave the set. I hope you enjoy it!

Unos meses atrás tuve el privilegio de ser invitado a la hermosa ciudad de Florencia (Italia) para musicalizar el aniversario de Flora Y Nico, una pareja amiga, a la que quiero muchísimo, en una locación de ensueño. Unos ochenta invitados de todo el mundo asistieron a celebrar este amor. Fue un día inolvidable. Me encargaron dos sets, a la noche y al atardecer. A la noche hice un dj set de 4 horas, al estilo de lo que suelo pinchar en un club todo sábado a la noche. Pero el set de la ceremonia de la tarde fue muy especial, buscando generar el clima más relajado, trascendente y romántico posible. Usé muchas canciones mias que hacía mucho tiempo que no tocaba, y muchos otros tracks muy tranquilos que muy pocas veces tengo la oportunidad de tocar en vivo. Aquí les dejo el set. Ojalá lo disfruten!

After the runaway success of their Winter Collection, Nick Warren’s The Soundgarden delivers another stellar compilation of musical gems to keep you grooving and moving through those warm summer nights.  

The dynamic duo of Guhus and Sebastian Busto kick off proceedings, with their track ‘Yemel’ arriving in a flurry of chiming percussion, beautifully layered pads, and stunningly ethereal vocal samples. Yoni Yarchi’s ‘My Story’ is next up, and with it comes a deceptively catchy piano refrain and precisely the kind of shuffling backbeat that’s guaranteed to get your foot tapping by the time you hit the two-minute mark.

After releasing his debut EP for The Soundgarden, Walking Friedrichshain, back in March, SIX brings his prodigal production prowess and trademark synth-led aggression to the Summer Collection with the stomping ‘That Balance’. Label newcomer Ultraverse follows up, with his track ‘New York New York’ arriving in a haze of throbbing bass and whirring synthesisers, before Argentina’s Paul Deep takes over the reins with the decidedly melodic – and meticulously produced – ‘Anemona’. 

As we pass the halfway point of the collection, we’re greeted with label favourite Marian (AR) and his meticulously layered mid-tempo offering, ‘Parsimony’. From there, we’re whisked off into a world of fearsome synth walls and throbbing bass lines from the aptly named NOIYSE PROJECT and their offering, ‘Druid Poem’, before being gently brought back down to earth by the harmonic pads and soft snares of Kasey Taylor and Karlisle’s ‘Pans Theme’. 

Kamilo Sanclemente is no stranger to The Soundgarden, and his team-up with prodigious newcomer Juan Pablo Torrez – the pounding and vibrant ‘Leda’ – provides yet another highlight of this non-stop collection. London’s Nichols keeps the energy going with his melodic and hard-hitting effort, ‘Kaleidoscope’, before Juan Sapia closes off proceedings with the showstopping, floor-filling, and bona-fide brilliant ‘Turquoise’.

Sebastian Busto @ Good Bye 2020

Oliverio Sofia joins the label with the impressive ‘Agua’. Remix support comes from Dario Arcas and Sebastian Busto.

As a pioneer of the Argentinian progressive sound, Oliverio has soundtracked a generation. Breaking onto the scene at the turn of the century with performances at Creamfields BA, Speed Unlimited, and many others, a well-regarded radio show on Metro 951 (Argentina’s best electronic station), and 3 of his music videos on MTV. Forming Soundexile with Baunder in 2006 saw the duo reach even bigger heights and on slipping in 2008, he had worked closely with Hernan as well as releasing tracks on the biggest global labels such as Global Underground, Urbantorque and Plastik Park.

It’s no surprise then that ‘Agua’ is exceptional. The soft relaxing piano and orchestral movements of the original ambient version are transported into a mid-set bruiser on the club mix becoming brief moments of reflective introspection. On remix duties, Dario Arcas keeps it deep and hypnotic, building on a claustrophobic low end with delicate and melancholic piano. Sebastian Busto creates a deep pumping groover that teases the original motifs until the epic and understated main break.
