I'm really proud of myself for extending a originally only 10 second intro and 40 second loop into a nearly 5 minute long piece without anything getting repetitive.

Making an orchestral adaptation of an EDM track has been on my radar for a while and while this one is a bit on the lighter side it absolutely gets there.
Transcribing all the color bass blips and sparkles into orchestral instruments in a way that makes sense and would be vaguely playable by actual instruments has been a journey and I'm pretty proud of managing to do that well.
This probably has been my largest scale project in terms of instruments, with a total of 104 mixers and tracks (88 of them actively in use) and half of them are exclusively for the 2 drops. And all that in a bit over 2 weeks to fit within the deadline of the contest I was submitting this for.

Huge shoutouts to acidrain7 for making the banger that is the original remix and for providing me with some of the samples and resources to speed up the process. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have made it in time. Thank you a lot! :>

I played this game again after a long time recently, and somehow, this boss battle theme has stuck with me for all the years. Even though it's only about 30 seconds long and loops it doesn't seem to get stale for me, and I can't get out of my head. It just goes on forever.

Unnamed Grooves

A metal track I wrote with using a random number generator to randomly decide the time signature every bar and then writing with the result. Even the tempo changes were somewhat randomly decided; I used the 1 as a joker because a time signature of 1 beat is ridiculous.
I intended to learn and record it on my guitar but I never got around it.

The first actually decent cover I did. I also intended to play my Violin there, but it sounded too bad so I left it out.

Super lazy Raichu making music every now and then.

Primarily focusing on covers, remixes and rearrangements of video game OSTs, Pokemon in particular. Mostly leaning towards metal and orchestral genres, primarily using recorded Violin, E-Guitar, E-Bass and a variety of other instruments.
I use mostly free plugins aside from the ones that were included with Mixcraft 8 back when I used that. I have since switched to Reaper.

Also made a complete soundfont out of all the instrument samples present in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.
