SPRVD004 – Dustmite – Deep In [Clips]

“Find Out” is the fifth release on Supervoid Records by Berlin-based DJ and producer, Dustmite.

Sparing no time to fuss about, Dustmite comes storming straight out of the gate with “Find Out (remapped)”. Heaving kicks, cutting hats and slapping claps push momentum forward with serious authority. “Charter” takes a more metronomic approach while maintaining an equal sense of impact with its pulsating basslines and encircling arps. On the flip, “Find Out” reels the speed back a couple notches with a cinematic pad atmosphere and distant vocal samples ideal to warm up a club at the beginning of a night or to cool down a dancefloor early in the morning. Lastly, “Combining” favors an optimistically melodic tone with a singing glissando lead synth that makes for a triumphant finish.

“Find Out” will be available March 25 2019 in stores via Ready Made Distribution.

Techno workhorse Dustmite demonstrates once again why he's appreciated for his uniquely deep and diverse production styles. “Warpath”, the 6th release on Supervoid Records, is a palette of contrasting elements that are sure to strike a notable chord in listeners’ minds.

The titular track opens with determination. Heavy kicks drive a syncopated rhythm as momentous explosions decompress into oily murk. The polyrhythmic synth stabs of "Weaving" evoke imagery of complex machinery calibrated in near-perfect synchronicity. The hard offbeat shuffle of "Flares" conjures a primal response with scattered dissociative flashes. A foreboding mood descends over the listener in "Caustics." Increasing tension and a pensive ambience.

"Warpath" will be available in stores via Ready Made Distribution on September 16, 2019.
