There is a constant pull between two very different worlds. This song is about feeling stuck somewhere in the middle, dealing with the frustrations of money while maintaining an awareness of the fact that we are privileged to even be conscious of the choices. In the end, passion and the desire to lead a meaningful life prevail. It’s all about trusting your intuition and going through a lot shit to get where you want to be, and getting to know yourself in the process.

Concepts

This is a song about longing. Longing for a place and loved ones that are so far away, they feel like only a dream. There are no words that can describe being so deeply connected to a place on the other side of the world from you. There are no words to describe the feeling of saying goodbye to people you love and admire, and not knowing when you will see them again. So here is an attempt to capture the feeling in a song.
