🎶 Here is RTP013 of the Rave The Planet Supporter Series! Strictly aimed for the main room dancefloors!

First on the sampler is "Acid Way" coming courtesy of Italian producer https://soundcloud.com/irregularsynth (founder of Dirty Minds records). As the title suggests, there's plenty of that iconic 303 sound to be heard. But Irregular Synth takes it to the next level with masterfully chopped and mixed bits of vocals, electro baseline and synth leads creating a superb techno workout.

Next up is electronic music veteran, Kayoon label boss https://soundcloud.com/vargo and his "Steam". To produce this big anthem-like track Vargo has collected field recordings of various steam sounds and noises: from the 'Kaiser Wilhelm' (a historic paddle steamer on the Elbe river) to his own home iron, everything that hisses was recorded and melted into the rhythm, creating an uplifting melodic techno piece.

As our fans already know, all proceeds from the Supporter Series sales go directly into Rave The Planet's non-profit aims: to protect techno culture as an UNESCO Intangible Heritage and to keep up the spirit of the Berlin Love Parade with the new, big Rave The Planet Parade - again on July 8th, 2023! 🌍 ✨

As always in summer for the festival season, here is a DJ mix from me today. This time from day 4 of the Deichbrand Festival at the North Sea near Cuxhaven. Again I was given the honor to open the beautiful Electric Island stage with a set every day.
The set begins gently and melodically with Kollektiv Turmstraße, PHCK and David August, increasing over Kellerkind, Dennis Cruz and Jiggler energetically up to the stark final with Hatzler and a Monster-Prodigy bootleg by Victor Ruiz. And in between there are two unpublished VARGO tracks to discover ;)

From time to time, there is an album release, which I enjoy so much that I would like to introduce it to you entirely. Today it's PAJI with his album of the same name. I had the pleasure of meeting him at the Deichbrand and Helene Beach Festival. He plays violin and his music is carried by touching harmonies and long melodic arcs. The rhythmic basis of his tracks is melodic Techno. Weaved in by ethnic string and percussion sounds from the middle east. LIve on the floor, Pajis set is always a celebration.
