Yukon, AK was a Swedish altcountry band founded 1999 by Pelle Ekerstam (lead vocals and guitar) and Micke Häggström (drums). The other bandmembers were Rickard Krantz (guitar), Johannes Berglund (bass) and Jennie Abrahamson (piano ond vocals). Their first and only album, Sad Storyteller, was released in 2002. Shortly after that the band broke up. Pelle started his soloproject a Beautiful Friend and both Jennie and Rickard started to make music under their own names. Micke is today one of Swedens most hired drummers and Johannes a very successful musicproducer.
