Why is this song not finished? Why are we questioning this!? Finish it please~!

This is a cancelled collaboration piece (update to Super Mario Radio.) that was pretty much started and canned at the same time. Joshua thought that this came out whack on his part but in my opinion it all came out pretty dope...especially considering this was done in under a hour...what do all of you think?...should this be finished?
