I saw angelheaded hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly connection to the starry 
dynamo in the machinery of night
 
Who poverty and tatters and hollow-eyed and high ,
sat up smoking in the supernatural darkness of cold-water flats,
floating across the tops of cities contemplating jazz,
who cowered in unshaven listening to the Terror through the wall

I saw angels
I saw war
I saw marijuana, alcohol and jazz
I saw the heaven
I saw tragedy, drugs
I saw eternity with dreams and sunrise

I saw wine drunkenness over the rooftops, 
storefront boroughs of teahead joyride neon blinking traffic light,
sun and moon and tree vibrations in the roaring winter dusks of Brooklyn, 
ashcan rantings and kind king light of mind,

Who jumped in limousines with the Chinaman of Oklahoma ,
on the impulse of winter midnight, streetlight smalltown rain,
Who lounged hungry and lonesome seeking jazz or sex or soup, 
and followed the brilliant Spaniard to converse about America and Eternity

method: to distract me from the everyday task of fighting demons of the mind,  I set out with a gregorian version, only to understand that my voice was not up to standards and expectations. You can still hear that choral in the background. Well, gregorian monks might might have actually sounded like that – not everyone is a pitch creature after all. After postponing some iterations to enjoy creating UP UP AND OUT with Jeff (and assissting in setting the next project on good tracks), I  then added layers to better match what my mind heard to what the headphones belted out. Somehow, I did not let go of the initial composition, though – feeling attached to its disjointed, squealing humanity. Call me sentimental and you’re right. I also just felt like taking this ride on the RC-505, rediscovering my former companion from hitherto unexplored angles ;-) 

Narration: the poem is about an evolution – or a journey to the sea – whatever you prefer to call it. having become aware of the circumstance that I am more of a liability than an asset in certain processes, I found myself in the clutches of a transformation that needed processing itself – and a good deal of sublimation, I guess.

I know exactly what you mean, there's something wrong in the world, you don't know what it is, but is there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad.  
It is this feeling that has brought you to me, the Matrix is everywhere, it's all around us, even now, in this very room, you can, feel it !

We are in a strange and in a somber period of world history.
Trump spreading racism and intolerance in the United States, loss of rights and freedom of expression in Brazil and around the world, bomb attacks killing civilians ...
The denunciations of wikileaks showing us the dirty play of the world status quo.
Snowden in exile for speaking truths ... 
Assange "arrested" ...
Wars being fought under different arguments ... 
However, the real reason is about the oil.
No human being can live without being watched and monitored.
Resist is necessary!


VOX is the name of the work that is being composed by A.F.C. (Addictive Fuzz Conspiration).
The concept is to give voice to great personalities of history transforming in music your speechs.
In today's world, where everyone is self-reporters, there was no need to say anything more. So we decided to give the microphone to the people who really have important things to say.
On our first track (Bestialidad) we use the speech of Ernesto CHE Guevara in homage to PATRICE LUMUMBA, realized in the auditorium of the UN in 1965.
Our second track in honor of poet and activist MUTABARUKA.

VOX é o nome do trabalho que está sendo composto pelo A.F.C. (Addictive Fuzz Conspiration).


O conceito é dar voz a grandes personagens da história e musicar seus discursos.
No mundo atual, em que todos são repórteres de si mesmo e entopem as redes sociais com suas ideias e informações do tipo: onde estão, o que estão fazendo, pra onde vão, de onde vieram, quem sou eu? ... 
Não era necessário dizer mais nada e sim dar a palavra a seres que deveriam ser ouvidos!
Em nossa primeira track (Bestialidad), demos voz a Ernesto Che Guevara, sampleando um discurso feito por ele, no auditório central da ONU em 1965, em homengem a PATRICE LUMUMBA, a segunda track é DIS POEM 4 MUTABARUKA, em homenagem ao poeta e ativista jamaicano. 
O último single é uma homenagem a Pixies, Fight Club & Chuck Palahniuk, dando voz ao revolucionário Tyler Durden...
