Human beings are very creative: from Michelangelo to Rembrandt, from Rembrandt to Van Gogh, from Van Gogh to Picasso—great pieces of art have been constructed and have proven to remain timeless in their appreciation and influence. But all of this creativity is borrowed, because these artist and others alike are only creative because of the Creator. God isn't only an Artist but He's the Artist of artists.

He painted and sculpted the very ones that we tend to be impressed with. What if we saved our applause and glory and gave it to the one who really deserves it? God showed the brilliance of His artistry by coming in the Person of His Son Jesus Christ; His words have inspired us, His life has challenged us, and ultimately the beauty of His sacrifice can save us! 

How creative He is that He would use death to bring life and turn a cross into a Crown...The King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Artist of artists.

Life can be a series of ups and downs, and if most were honest, we feel like life is more down than up. The new single “Autumn” – a transparent diary entry on record – by Aleon, captures in lyric form the emotional distress he experienced at that time in his life, and the rebuke, correction, love, and encouragement the Lord gives His people in those times. “If life is made of seasons…” then this is “Autumn.”

Every human being has a sense of emptiness within themselves and therefore seeks to fill this void, but to no avail.

French philosopher, Blaise Pascal, once said, "What else does this craving, and this helplessness, proclaim but that there was once in man a true happiness, of which all that now remains is the empty print and trace? This he tries in vain to fill with everything around him, seeking in things that are not there the help he cannot find in those that are, though none can help, since this infinite abyss can be filled only with an infinite and immutable object; in other words by God himself."

Unless God fills the solar system of our souls with the brightness of His glory, shining forth from His all-satisfying and glorious Son, then nothing will remain in us but dark, empty… Space.
