A Maré is our band, it is the tide that connects two lands: Africa and America. This tide has been swaying back and forth for centuries. Our music is the result of this movement: a mix of cultures, genres, ethnicities, languages and rhythms. It is simple, influenced only by the moon, sun and rotation of the Earth. Then we add our own elements: our hearts, souls and hands to create something you'll enjoy every minute of it.
