Politicians are obscene
the very worst kind of human being
tellin their lies and doin their bit
they're lower down  than whale shit
and that's at the bottom of the ocean

Politicians move their lips
making sure truth never slips
their narrative is only lies
and echo chamber amplifies
contagion and corruption

they try to make us zombies

Politicians fear and hate
their favorite way to dominate
politicians platitudes
programming people's attitudes
fomenting our destruction

they try to make us zombies

Politicians make all wars
they're power-mad, they're corporate whores
they bring the people death & sadness
drag our planet into madness

Good Guys try to save us all
be careful so that you don't fall
be sure you don't become the same
just playing politician's games

stay true to your mission

Politicians

When youth radiates from your body, heart and soul,
It’s time to learn of wisdom and self-control;
Yes, laugh and shout in joy, and enjoy your fun!
But also learn to choose the good, and evil learn to shun;
It’s time to learn of patience, and it’s time to learn to love;
It’s time to learn about the world, and learn of things above.
When wickedness approaches you at work or school or play;
Just laugh, wag your finger and skip away!

When your strength of body, mind and will, has finally reached its prime;
Let love and wisdom guide you in the usage of your time;
When wealth and fame and lust and power dance before your eyes;
Don’t be a fool who thinks that these will be your greatest prize!
“It’s dog-eat-dog,” declares the world, in very many ways;
“Be ruthless, ever-striving; for this is all that pays!”
When they tell you that your fellow men are nothing more than prey;
Just laugh, wag your finger and walk away!
 
And when the time arrives when you are blessed with old age;
Preparing for the coming day when Life must turn the page;
When all you have are memories and day-to-day living;
When brittle bones and gravity no longer are forgiving;
The world pretends that all that’s good now passes you by;
Are you nothing but a burden in the public eye?
If they act as if you’re nothing but a life in decay;
Just laugh, wag your finger and stroll away!
 
And when the day arrives when you depart from this life;
An end to all its pleasures, and an end to strife;
Gaze down upon your lifeless shell, from up above,
Take a final look at those you dearly love;
Before your last departure to eternal bliss,
Give to kith and kin a last ethereal kiss,
“Goodbye until we meet again, one glorious day!”
Then laugh, snap your finger and fly away!
