We're thrilled to release WarPeace, the 2nd single from the forthcoming album 'Love In Stars."  

On the A side, 'WarPeace' is a full frontal assault of the psyche with an illumination of opposing forces.  

A complementary remix by Papa Lee Reynolds from Desert Hearts adds darker overtones that will thrill at desert parties and renegades with it's tripped out, unrelenting drive. 

Hardkiss and Desert Hearts span a generation of electronic dance music influence in California.  The collaboration looks to the future with a sound and message that is relevant now more than ever.

Lee Reynolds says “This remix of WarPeace is the first collaboration between myself and my longtime friend Memo Rex. We first met in 2004 when I booked him to play a night I was throwing in San Diego. 12 years later we finally made it into the studio together! While keeping some key elements of the track we wanted to add some of our bass driven chunky house flavor. Hope you like it.”

On the B side, 'Ganga Dances with the Swan' is an ode to what this future will be after we move through the darkness.  Words by White Lotus Foundation's Ganga White.  Vocals by Araceli Santos De Bieber, Gavin Hardkiss and Robbie Hardkiss.  Recorded on a whim in the Hardkiss Studios in San Rafael California.  This song is already an inspirational fixture on Hardkiss dancefloors and a staple last song of the night.

Gavin Hardkiss is a South African born DJ and music producer based in California. He makes albums under the name Hawke and runs a little outfit called Hardkiss Music.

The latest offering from Hood Politics is a multi-genre peak hour smasher of a record by weird house badman, Emuh (Desert Hearts, Laser Native, MTWAT). Emuh's first involvement with HPR began by collaborating with Nutty on a few tracks, which then led to discussion of an EP release. Over time, Emuh he's assumed a crucial role in the label, so much that we've organized our first ever tour around his EP release party. We are blessed to welcome Emuh to the label and cannot wait to see him climb the ranks to become the quirk tech lord he's destined to be. 

The first track 'Telephone' is a collaboration with Zof, another upcoming Seattle artist and talented vocalist. Featuring tripped out vocals, samples, and driving percussion, this track will bring a smile to your face and confuse you simultaneously. 

'Dab, Where Are You' is another wrist-flingin' house tune, but it seems to exist on another planet in this release's universe. This time Emuh himself steps up to plate on vocals; a relatable anthem for the forgetful stoner in all of us.

Leading the package for our fourth instalment of the BOT series is Advent & Jayms. The first hearing of this amazing producer on our Litterbox 07, we had been dying to get more records from him. Ring Ring is an absolute BANGER! Second, we have mainstays Mancodex and Tom Classic delivering their unique brand of house music. Label favourite NiQW has returned with Arnold & Lane delivering 'Heads Gonna Split', a crunchy, dark, emotional journey taking us all the way to Finland and back.
