Toronto born. Raised across Canada and North America. A8exander was always musical and began pursuing musical theatre from the age of 12. The climax of his stage career was playing Roger at the age of 23 in YES Theatre's sold out production of RENT. After the artistic and financial success of the production, he had achieved all his goals in theatre and decided to end his career with that iconic role.
 
Stretched into a new platform as an entertainer, A8exander decided to tackle an even greater dream that, till then, had been dormant within. He immediately began writing music in Vancouver and, three weeks later, was on a plane to Toronto to start a fresh life as a music artist.
 
A8exander spent the next six months crafting a rough demo of five songs he had written. In the process of much trial and error, he fell in love with the production side of music, and decided to practice this new found skill by producing eight more demos, rounding off what was intended to be his debut album. The project was met with a widely positive response by industry professionals.
 
Already on a lifelong spiritual journey, A8exander delved deep within himself during the production of the album demo and reemerged a completely different person after its completion. He then chose to take a break from his music as he spent almost two years questioning the fundamentals of society and the fabric of life itself.
 
With new insight, A8exander was once again called to create music with a refreshing divine vision for his work, maintaining the original pop/dance genre of his previous work while incorporating more of "the greater picture". The reworking of this fresh debut album is currently underway, set for a spring 2018 release.
