Had the utmost pleasure being invited to record this slower deep house set (118BPM) for IBIZA GLOBAL RADIO in May 2019...
Got the chance to hear it on the radio in Ibiza as well. 
One of my favorite moments in time.

We make a return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's vibrant deep-house scene as we are delighted to welcome DJ, producer and label boss, Baloo to the platform for hour 2 of the show.

Alongside a release on Aterral, he also delivered a 2-track collaboration with Carlo as part of the debut release on his own Gabu Records imprint, and has graced the decks alongside the likes of Black Loops and Dyed Soundorom, as well as the legendary Louie Vega at destinations from Ibiza, to the Carribean and beyond. 

Taking us on a journey through the deep, Baloo captures and holds the vibe perfectly with a bumpy set that ebbs and flows from disco-kissed samples, through to minimal beats and melodic flavours.

Recorded on day 2 at Soundscapes Zanzi Oasis stage, dedicated to alternative music. My interpretation of this is a downtempo journey with jazz, hip hop, disco, nu disco, and some slow house. 
This is a sound I love to play. It challenges me to go deeper and dig deeper. I had a wonderful time on this stage, a seated dj experience, and the all in the presence of my nearest and dearest friends. You know who you are.

Under a starlit sky on the second night of Zanzi IV, Baloo opened for Brawther with a deep, soulful set. His slow build-up captivated the crowd, drawing them deeper into the night’s energy. The connection between Baloo and his music was palpable, setting the perfect mood for the evening. A beautiful prelude to Brawther's set, it was a night of magic under the stars.
