The multi-instrumentalist showcases his entire repertoire within Clever Dog, thirteen emotive and ambitious tracks traversing between back-alley jazz, low-slung experimental & blissful ambient oddities.

A deep-diving sonic essay swinging the pendulum betwixt wiry dub, UK bass fragmentation and dembow-derived mutations, the third volley from Worship comes courtesy of French producer, Eszaid, whose name shall ring a bell to lovers of L.I.E.S. and Collapsing Market. Beaming raucous signals from deep down throbbing subaquatic rifts, "Indraic Cut" gets the ball rolling on an eerie, downtempo dub tip, setting the focus on an intricately woven web of menacing reverbs, spooky melody and convulsive drumwork. A zombie-like dancehall and jungle hybrid running the gamut from robot-operated Caribbean skank to reconfigured bursts of Source Direct-style percussive rage, "Zmej" is a master exercise in style when it comes to shifting from full shot to exploded view in a flash, sure to get that dizzy-high sensation flowing across the room.

Steel-clad and ominous, "Ophis Dub" implements its own smouldering, gunpowder-scented electronic grammar, like the untamed brainchild to Deep Medi, Autechre and Basic Channel. Flush with textures and envelopes to wrap your ears around, Eszaid's music treats us to a proper DnB-adjacent brainwash but in its own idiosyncratically, threateningly future-proof way. The fast-changing "Chained" abseils further deep into uncharted reverb-drenched territories, this time laying further emphasis on the mutative nature of drums themselves and the abstract-leaning FX he coats them under, eventually hatching in a Rubber Johnny-esque whirlwind of sonic assault. "Kronstadt" rounds off the journey on a slo-combusting junglistic note, moving upstream towards a Metalheadz heyday kind of headspace with its processed drums lashing and gigantic bass ripples tsunami-ing down the ravers' spines to effervescing effect.

Since its inception in 2019, Big Science records welcomes Warzou's first personal release in early 2023. The LP will feature nine dub/industrial/rave tracks, in Compact Disc format. 

This colorful release, in a transparent case, is a tribute to rave compilations, sound systems and social committees. Because if many influences can transpire from this record, Warzou was built with Acid, House & Techno, Bass and Dub productions, or even Down tempo and its industrial feeling. "W is for Wobble" is a generous record that allows to introduce the meticulous work of W.
This music have been played live in 2021 at Brasserie Atlas (Brussels), META (Marseille), Blockhaus DY10 (Nantes), and Hors-Jeux (Toulouse), and was recorded, edited & designed at Big Science Studio in Lyon in 2022.
	As a producer (EPs on Nous Disques, Kump & Mystery Booms, and has made several appearances in recent years, on labels like Air Texture, Macadam Mambo, or Vastechoses), deejay (LYL, Noods, Le Sucre 2014-2016 / Ambassade Club 2017-2018), or designer (Big Science, Common Ground, Grame CNCM...), Warzou has been quietly evolving, and doesn't stop with NVST to press and spread inspiring creation.

‘ACAB Break’ combines psychedelic samples with tripped out breaks, deep subs, and dense, spacey atmospheres. On the flip, ‘Trip Dub’ delves further into dubwise territory, delivering a tense percussive affair of cavernous soundscapes and weighty drums that stretch effortlessly across the B-side.

The record comes with a 70 x 48cm Offset printed poster, printed inserts, stickers + special treats.

The wind blew softly through the trees, the branches danced softly atop the breeze as the pine needles fell softly towards the forest floor. The only sound which could be heard was the rippling waters – they flowed gently down from the hillside upon a great old river which had once boasted tales and stories of people who rode the waves long ago.

Some might say that there was magic in this place. Others had chosen to forget it long ago.

Wandering through the fog, amidst the trees, he felt most at home.


 
Re:Conceive 2 is a collection of tracks from artists living in Tiohtiá:ke:, so-called ‘montréal’, which is raising money for The Native Women’s Shelter and The Just Solutions Clinic. It aims to activate solidarity between indigenous peoples, settlers, immigrants and refugees alike. Electronic music is a potent conduit in this process, in reclaiming space where just realities might be cultivated or imagined.

This track comes from RAMZi, one of the most interesting musicians and producers of the moment.
