Joaquín Rodrigo - Concierto De Aranjuez  (Original Guitar Version)

The music was by Lev Knipper, with lyrics by Viktor Gusev in 1933. The song was part of the symphony with chorus (lyrics by Gusev) "A Poem about a Komsomol Soldier" (Поэма о бойце-комсомольце) composed in 1934. The original lyrics are sung from the perspective of a Red Army recruit, who proudly leaves his home to keep watch against his homeland's enemies.

The song was covered many times by many artists in the Soviet Union, including a well-known rock version recorded by The Singing Guitars (Поющие гитáры), released c. 1967. The song has been regularly performed and recorded by the Alexandrov Ensemble, and it is listed in the Alexandrov Ensemble discography.

شهد مقهى “لا جيرالدو” في مونتيفيدو عاصمة الأوروجواي ميلاد مقطوعة التانجو الأشهر على الإطلاق، في يوم 8 فبراير عام 1917 كان روبيرتو فيربو، الموسيقي الأرجنتيني صاحب الفضل الكبير على موسيقى التانجو، يؤدي فقرة هناك عندما طلب فتى خجول بصحبته بعض من أصدقائه الحديث إليه. أراه الفتى نوتات لمقطوعة موسيقية كان قد ألفها. أُعجب فيربو بالمقطوعة على الفور واشتراها من الفتى بمبلغ ضئيل – عشرين بيزو – ثم قام بإجراء بعض التعديلات عليها لتصبح هذه المقطوعة “لا كومبرسيتا” كما هي معروفة اليوم. كان الفتى هو جيراردو رودريجوز، ابن لصاحب ملهى ليليّ وطالب في كلية الهندسة المعمارية. لم يحب روردريجوز دراسة الهندسة فتركها وتفرغ للموسيقى وقام بتأليف “لا كومبريستا” – التي تعني “الموكب الصغير” – وهو بعد في السابعة عشر من عمره. حققت المقطوعة نجاحًا فوريًا في مقاهي مونتيفيدو ثم مقاهي بوينس أيرس حيث سافر فيربو. بعد فترة قصيرة، خفت هذا النجاح وبدأت المقطوعة الجميلة تتوارى في طي النسيان. في عام 1924، قام الشاعر الأرجنتيني باسكال كونترسي بإضافة كلمات لها لتصير أغنية عاطفية وتغير اسمها إلى “لو كنتِ تعرفين” ثم أُدرجت داخل عرض مسرحي لتحقق شهرة منقطعة النظير. سافرت المقطوعة من مقاهي بوينس أيرس لمسارح باريس ومن باريس للعالم أجمع ليصبح اسمها بعد ذلك مرادفًا لموسيقى التانجو.
