Snorlax is known for being a very large, sleeping Pokémon. In the earlier games, Snorlax was known for blocking the way of the trainer, on their way forward on their journey. The only way to wake Snorlax was by utilizing a Poké Flute. This would cause a sleeping Pokémon, such as Snorlax, to awaken. Snorlax in this song represents barriers, blockades that look to derail and block my way forward in life, such as doubters, naysayers, let downs, obstacles, etc. I hope this song encourages you as you not only identify the "Snorlaxes" in your own life, but have the courage to call them out the way.

Here comes some transparency...Let me give you some back story on the track....

We all have a struggle we are facing, and hopefully we are on path or on a way to a path to overcome and break free from its grasp. 

Regardless its a constant battle, you can plug anything you'd like into this track, and consider it relatable.

So.. this track actually came about years ago when I was struggling hard with pornography. It was like 2 or 3am when i started it. After failing again. 

I couldn't understand why I kept slipping back, i wanted to do good, but everthing I tried, with my own strength didn't work. 

I swear I had no idea the implications and damage it was causing me, It Had such a hold on me. 

I understood that No matter what I did, it would be temporary, and even though I would miss the 🎯, I came to know that Jesus aim would never miss the target, over and over again He would smash the bullseye.

I also recognized that I had a relationship with this battle, that the struggle was a part of me. and only trusting and surrendering it to Jesus would I be able to keep it suppressed and inactive. 

Oh believe me, like every man, well, every person it's always fighting to bubble up. The line, " freckles on the face of life,  so I can spot him in an instant red dots in sight, night vision, glock gripped and cocked itching, to kill him daily, clocking every dirty trigger with no safety..."

Speaks to always being on guard and recognizing the triggers that all throughout our day are strategically placed to send us back to get our fix.

There is Hope, I swear it. Make WAR against your struggle and battle!
