I did the song because I'm frustrated, hurt, bothered, confused and outraged. What happened to Crutch is becoming way too familiar. Tulsa is my hometown; the shooting took place on the same street I grew up on. I’m tired of seeing this happen. The worst race riot (1921, Black Wall Street) in history happened here and we still haven't completely healed. We are fed up, we are tired and we want change.
