This mixtape is about the trauma that I have faced in my childhood years...

How it affected the success of former relationships, and how I have viewed and treated women when I was younger.

It speaks on how, when unhealed, we can leave others hurt and traumatized, too.

I'm at a stage where I'm not afraid to share it anymore. So through the best way I know how, I can dig deep and be my most vulnerable self here and start the conversation (at least).

This track was created at Seneca @ York studios, the instrumental was created in studio @ Orange Lounge, Toronto. With the help of Shawn Duncan engineering the track, Emily Sauro on harmonies, and Matt Giblin on the chorus, as well.

This song is about the relationship between a son and his mother, the need for room to grow and the idea of a bird spreading it's wings to fly from the nest.
