2019 sees the release of Aaron Bishop's new album "The Seventh Magic Sun". Uplifting and at times confronting, Aaron's emotional songwriting explores themes of fear, joy, celebration, and mystery in these chaotic yet amazing times. It's been seven years since the release of Aaron's ep " Perfect Place" and Aaron wastes no time with album opener" Man in the Dark", a foot stompin, acoustic track with high energy vocals and keyboard layered rhythms.
Produced by Benny D Williams( @bdsmusicproduction) on the Gold Coast of Australia, Aaron is joined by musicians Benny D Williams, Dave Murray and the incredible vocals of Nicky Convine to create a collection of acoustic based, introspective, and catchy songs.
From the rifftastic and feel-good "Moonrise" to the other worldy, synth drenched "All is Won", and the warm, pop- friendly "This Old Feeling".
Jamye Price, channel, author and energy healer, provides the intriguing light language on the track "Cosmic Tide", a song that acknowledges the changes that our earth and its inhabitants are all going through, with it's stripped back, acoustic guitar and rich melodies.
With influences such as Pink Floyd and Of Monsters and Men, "The Seventh Magic Sun" will take you lovingly and deeply into the core of your own cosmic heart.
Australian singer /songwriter Aaron Bishop released his E.P “ Perfect Place” in January 2012. It’s a collection of acoustically driven, folk-inflected songs with catchy choruses and quirky guitar leads. 
“It’s more stripped back than my last album( The Calm Electric, 2008), this time I  wanted the songs to breathe a bit more”, Aaron says. The E.P was produced by composer Scott Lloyd Shelley. “ Working with Scott was incredible, he’s a phenomenal musician. I think together we really got to the essence of the songs”. Throughout “Perfect Place” Aaron’s song writing explores the power of the human spirit, both the dark and the light sides.
Aaron Bishop has been a musician for 27 years, studying at “ The Australian Institute of Music”. He lived abroad for many years, playing gigs and recording music in London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Tokyo. 2008 saw the release of “ The Calm Electric” and the song “ Light from Killybegs” was showcased at the 2009 world MUSEXPO in L.A. His music also appears on the “ All Abilities Playground”, an online game site for disabled children.
