Bristol-based producer and DJ Invern has been fine-tuning his craft for the best part of a decade. Dancing on the fringes of industrial, half-time drum and bass, Invern’s DJ sets encompass the darker shades of d&b; drawing influence from Ivy Lab, Break, Singal & Emperor. Focusing now on developing his own sound, Invern’s productions consist of dark, industrial half-time with a steppy, trap twist. Having spent the last 18 months embedding himself into the Bristol DJ circuit, it’s only a matter of time before Invern’s sets include his own contribution to the more experimental side of drum and bass.
