Inertia, the band who Gary Numan once referred to as "the best and most aggressive band in London" are celebrating their 32nd anniversary in 2024 by releasing their 14th studio album "Estranged Icon" on the Distortion Productions, LLC label!   The lead single from the album, 'Scowl' got to #2 on the German Alterative Chart, and we are featuring Scowl this week on Sound + Vision!

We are also featuring more from the recent release "Diary of a Synthpunk" by Philadelphia's own Crucial Device, brand new horror laden darksynth / witch house infused music from Reading, Pennsylvania's The Russian White, and more from the brilliant new ambient-electronic spacemusic recording by Paul Ellis and Per Thomhav, "Orpheus"!

'Let The Flowers Grow' is new duet single from legendary artists Peter Murphy and Boy George! Epic orchestration and soaring vocal performances by both of these incredible artists create a deeply emotional masterpiece, with production by Youth (from Killing Joke). We are featuring Let the Flowers Grow as part of this week's edition of Sound + Vision!

We are also featuring another piece from the great new ambient electronic album, "Veiled Portraits" by Paul Ellis & Pabellon Sintetico, will take a trip back to the late 1990's with a rocker from Filter, and play an all-time classic from Pink Floyd!

This edition of Sound + Vision features a track from Billy Idol's digital only release of remixes from the "Rebel Yell" album, a collaboration of ZERO CORPORATION & Audionuts that was one of our favorite tunes of 2022, a new track from one of our favorite EBM bands, Germany's Orange Sector, and a selection from David Bowie's transformational recording "Low".

We are also featuring another selection from the brilliant new Michael Brückner, "The Seven Planes of Dreams", a brand new Synthwave track from Cosmic Cadence, brand new ambient electronic music from Paul Ellis, and an old favorite from the mid-1980's by The Cult!
