All We Have Left

Civilization Reborn

With this track, I wanted to create a bed of synth- and guitar-based grooves in various time signatures to lay a groundwork to feature the acoustic and electronic percussion elements.  My rules for this composition included using no pads, having a few "open" sections that could potentially host a soloistic percussionist performance down the road, and a "theme" created not using a melody per se, but with a identifiable sound and groove.
