Aaron Shalan-Webb is a singersongwriter based in Nottinghill in London. His music has been described as being dreamlike with a '50s/60s dylanesque vibe' as well as being reminiscent of '90s brit pop'. Aaron Shalan-Webb has just released his first EP and can be seen playing at various London venues.
Aaron spent his youth messing around on a guitar: an adolescent hobby that has materialised into the birth of his musical career. His origins in music are grounded firmly in busking, using the public platform to try out his new material. Here he developed the blend of  indie rock that defines his upcoming EP Dissociative Webb. 

Aaron has performed at various venues across London, including the Water Rats and Notting Hill Arts Club, which is renowned for supporting emerging talent and new music.

Aaron is a proponent for mental health, in his professional life he works as an Assistant Psychologist. His interest in mental health was solidified living with and supporting a relative with mental health issues and is firmly intertwined with his music. A trait that can be felt most in Bookshelf which was heavily influenced by his time working on mental health wards and can be found on his upcoming EP. Music can be a powerful tool for change, with Aaron's showing the dual effect of intervention on both those receiving and giving care and emphasising the need to address and designate responsibility for the welfare of mental health services we offer in the UK.
