Taken from DJ Godfather’s new electro album, ‘D3T.3L3CTR0’ released on his own Databass label.

Fans of Detroit will know that his previous two albums covered various genres and featured an abundance of shorter tracks synced into one another which in some ways reflected his skilful turntablism.  But now it's time to turn those decks into synths as he shines the spotlight on a different side of his production persona.  

'D3T.3L3CTR0' is comprised of 16 pure and unadulterated Electro tracks in all their full-length glory.

Kevin Reynolds, producer / live performer and dj from Detroit presents to us 012 podcast. Kevin began in the local underground of the mid '90's Detroit Techno scene. Worked for Derrick May's label Transmat. His sound has been championed by Osunlade, Gilles Peterson, DJ Karizma, Jazzanova and more... Dubbed by the UK's BBC Radio One as "the new sound of Detroit.". Recent live sets have been called a highlight of the 2009 Movement Festival Detroit by Resident Advisor. Also runs his own label Todhchai Records. Please take a time to listen what he mixed for us!
